So here we are, our doors are finally open. After a few hectic weeks, of decorating, many online purchases and ironing out the kinks in our IT system we treated our first patient. It was both exciting and a little surreal. We have dreamed of opening up a clinic for a while now, and it finally arrived. We can start treating our patients the best way we know how. In the many years Dr Gad had seen her patients, her gentle and conservative approach has always been so important to caring for her patients. It can sometimes be really hard to take that approach in a busy practice, but we have a chance now to show how this philisophy can really make a difference. The conservative approach is not about traditional, its about taking it slow and keeping as much of your teeth unaltered as possible, as by far, this is the best thing you can for your long-term dental health. Enamel is the strongest biological material in the human body and any artificial devices or procedure that remove it should be kept to a minimum. This is the essence of our approach and what we feel will resonate with our patients. Here’s hoping.
